All payments (including membership renewals) to the club can be made in the following ways:
- Surf Lifesaving Australia operates an online database called Lifesaving Online (via the Members Portal) where you can review and update your membership details and make online payments. Each member needs to set up an online account to access this service. All payments made through this system are recorded in a transaction list attached to your unique member ID.

- At the club’s administration office by credit card over the phone during office hours
- At the club’s administration office in person by cheque, credit card, or EFTPOS, please check the weekly update for the club’s office hours
Please ensure you include a description and name in the reference field when making online or electronic payments so your payment can be identified and correctly distributed.
If making payments electronically it is recommended you contact the administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of and confirm payment so a receipt may be issued.

It is a member’s responsibility to ensure they have provided the club with valid contact details to ensure you are able to receive all notifications and are kept up to date with all events happening involving the Mackay Surf Lifesaving Club.
